90+5 mins: Clarkson carries the ball forward on the inside left for Liverpool before slotting it out wide to Robertson. He floats a cross into the six-yard box and Hansen plucks it out of the air. 

90+2 mins: No goal! VAR says Mane headed the ball down onto his own arm so the goal can’t stand. There’s going to be at least eight minutes of added time to play.

89 mins: We’ve got another one! Minamino has scored for Liverpool but it was ruled offside. Henderson whipped in a cross from the right, Mane headed it down and Minamino finished it. We’ll see what the verdict is. 

87 mins: Midtjylland win a corner and deliver it into the centre of the box where Sviatchenko rises and wins the header. He sends it at goal but Kelleher dives to his right and pushes the ball away. 

84 mins: Anderson and Diogo Jota collide, with the Midtjylland man catching Jota as he spun round with boot. He goes in the book.

81 mins: Takumi Minamino heads a ball down inside the box for Mohamed Salah, who turns and scuffs a shot wide but he is offside anyway.

78 mins: VAR took a long time to decide it but there’s an offside in the build up, from Kaba I think, and the goal doesn’t stand. 

76 mins: Goal! or is it? A Midtjylland free kick is whipped into the box and Sviatchenko heads the ball to Scholz on the left. He cuts it back to Kaba who shoots and has the shot blocked. The loose ball falls to Scholz and he smashes it home.

72 mins: Bobby Firmino comes on for Liverpool replacing Divock Origi. 

69 mins: Liverpool have been under the pump in this half. Evander whips another corner into the box and Kelleher comes out to punch it clear. Salah collects and carries it forward. Paulinho lunges into a challenge on the halfway line and clips Salah but gets away with it.
